Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, warehousing, distribution, and delivery of materials and finished products, while driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution functions.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to achieve cost savings and improve service levels.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to drive performance.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, production, and other departments to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in Imports / Food manufacturing & distribution is highly preferred.
