WE ARE HIRING : Senior Academic Coordinator cum Lecturer

• Location: Kohuwala

• Working Days - Monday to Saturday
• Working Time - Weekdays - 8am to 5pm and on Saturday - 8am to 1pm
• Working Mode- On site

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate course schedules and faculty assignments.
• Deliver high-quality lectures that adhere to international academic standards and best practices.
• Support students through academic advising, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure academic quality through compliance with institutional standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic programme management.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Psychology from a recognized institution (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic coordination, student advising, or programme management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international university systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Proven track record of academic delivery and programme management.
