Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head the outbound leisure travel division. This role involves driving business strategy, revenue growth, and delivering exceptional travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of international travel markets, and proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the outbound leisure travel division, overseeing operational and commercial functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain partnerships with global tour operators, airlines, and DMCs.
• Identify emerging travel trends and create innovative travel products.
• Inspire and mentor teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leisure travel management, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of international travel markets and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to drive commercial performance and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences.
