Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong and innovative Engineer – Data & AI to support data-driven transformation initiatives and AI-enabled solutions within a fast-paced BPO environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data and AI strategies, supporting end-to-end data and AI initiatives, building scalable analytics solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in data science, machine learning, AI, and analytics, combined with the ability to work on modern cloud and big data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Data & AI Strategy Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning for business optimization and competitive advantage.
• Support the implementation of data-driven solutions that improve business performance and decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and AI capabilities across the organization.

End-to-End Data & AI Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and continuously optimized.
• Support the design, development, and deployment of AI and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Technical Support & Solution Development

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across data visualization, AI product development, data engineering, and machine learning applications.
• Develop, test, and optimize data and AI models and solutions.
• Work with large datasets and modern analytics tools to derive meaningful insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and effective integration across systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and seamless integration of data and AI solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in AI, analytics, and data engineering.
• Support project discussions, technical planning, and solution recommendations.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant Degree or HND in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or data analytics.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience in leading or supporting analytics and AI-related projects.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and big data tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for innovation and using data to create business value.
