Job Overview
Were looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join a fast-paced digital solutions team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and marketing, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Promote a full suite of services including Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and PPC campaigns.
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal development and digital marketing teams for seamless project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends and plan initiatives to expand into new markets.
• Maintain and update the customer database, converting prospects into active clients.

Requirements:

• Fully or partially qualified in CIM, SLIM, or other recognized Sales/Marketing qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or IT solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala.
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to achieving business objectives.

Note: Preference will be given to female candidates who have studied in a Colombo school and speak fluent English.
