Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Build custom Shopify themes and integrate third-party applications and APIs.
• Optimize website performance, loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance.
• Convert UI/UX design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD) into fully functional Shopify pages.
• Manage hosting environments, implement security updates, and perform regular backups.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Implement Shopify best practices for structure, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure seamless checkout flows, product management, and e-commerce functionality.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or HND in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Shopify development.
• Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs for Shopify integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, UI/UX principles, and Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple tasks.
