Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and omni-channel performance. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging, driving digital and traditional marketing initiatives, managing brand P&L, and delivering impactful campaigns that support business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels including digital, social media, advertising, website content, and PR activities.

Drive the strategy and execution of digital and social media initiatives, including search, video advertising, SEO/SEM, and content planning.

Manage omni-channel marketing performance objectives and oversee integrated marketing activities.

Conduct market research to stay updated on customer trends and use insights to inform marketing decisions.

Supervise advertising, product range design, and marketing collateral to maintain strong brand consistency.

Manage overall brand P&L and marketing budgets in line with organizational objectives.

Coordinate with marketing partners and agencies to ensure optimal conceptualization, production quality, pricing, and outcomes.

Plan, implement, manage, and review promotional campaigns, lead generation initiatives, activations, events, and competitions.

Maintain effective internal communication to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned with marketing objectives and execution plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
-
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications such as CIM, SLIM, or Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage.

An MBA in Marketing or Management will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
-
2–3 years of experience in a similar brand or marketing role.
Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and performance data.

Results-oriented with a strong drive for innovation and business growth.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
