WE ARE HIRING : Operations Executive – Fumigations

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Fumigations to manage and coordinate daily fumigation operations with a strong focus on service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field teams, ensuring smooth execution of fumigation jobs through effective scheduling, documentation control, and operational reporting.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, tech-savvy, and confident in handling clients over phone-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily and weekly fumigation jobs and field team deployments.

• Handle customer inquiries, job confirmations, and service updates via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Coordinate and manage technicians to ensure correct execution, service quality, and adherence to schedules.

• Ensure full compliance with operational documentation, including job records, checklists, certificates, and internal controls.

• Monitor job progress, address delays or issues promptly, and ensure timely job completion.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports on job status, completions, exceptions, and team performance.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve operational or client issues efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Age: 25 – 30 years

• Education: Bachelors Degree (mandatory)

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in an operations role is required.

  • Experience within a shipping line, export company, or freight forwarding environment will be a strong advantage.

• Strong client-handling and communication skills, especially over the phone.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

• Comfortable working with Excel, Google tools, and ERP-type systems.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced operational environment.
