Role Overview 

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Solutions Lead – Industrial Solutions to support business growth through solution-based selling, customer engagement, technical consulting, and new market development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with industrial customers to understand operational challenges, recommend appropriate technical solutions, conduct demonstrations and product trials, and build long-term relationships that drive business growth. This role requires a combination of engineering expertise, business development capability, and strong stakeholder management skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations, product trials, and application assessments at customer facilities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts by developing strong relationships with maintenance engineers, procurement teams, production teams, and plant managers.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts and generate qualified leads within target industries.
• Support customers in identifying operational challenges and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, solution recommendations, and application reports.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Track and report sales pipelines, customer visits, opportunity progress, and business development activities through CRM and reporting systems.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities, customer feedback, market trends, and emerging industry requirements.
• Support new market entry initiatives by participating in prospecting activities, customer visits, and industry engagement programs.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and seminars for customers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop technical case studies and application-focused content that strengthens the company's positioning as a solutions provider.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed and delivered.
• Support strategic business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Industrial Solutions business segment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Polymer Engineering.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Management or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to coating technologies, surface treatment solutions, industrial lubricants, silicones, adhesives, or electronic manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
• Experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Sales & Marketing, or Solution Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to understand industrial processes and provide practical application-based solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts and projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, site assessments, and business development activities.
