WE ARE HIRING : Executive Chef

• Location: Sri Lanka
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Joining Timeline: Mid-March 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and authentic culinary standards.
• Design and prepare menus featuring Sri Lankan cuisine, with additional dishes from Indian and/or Chinese culinary styles.
• Manage food preparation, cooking, presentation, and timely service for lunch and dinner operations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety regulations, and overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain food cost control, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Continuously enhance menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience, including prior leadership or kitchen management responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Sri Lankan cuisine (mandatory).
• Additional knowledge of Indian and/or Chinese cuisine is an advantage.
• Recognized local chef certifications (Sri Lanka or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high-quality kitchen operations.
