WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager Digital Marketing (Sri Lanka)

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute integrated paid digital marketing campaigns supporting student recruitment objectives.

Manage all campaign elements including media planning, copywriting, ad creation, landing page development, GA4 tracking and goal setup, remarketing, optimization, and reporting.

2. Social Media Management & Content Creation

Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Maintain an active and engaged community by responding to DMs, comments, and driving authentic conversations.

Produce high-performing visual assets including short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and digital trends.

3. Reporting, Measurement & Analytics

Set up tracking through GTM for all campaigns.

Prepare dashboards and performance reports for campaigns, website, and social media.

Report regularly against KPIs and provide insights for strategy refinement.

4. Website Management & Optimization

Maintain and update the Sri Lanka website ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.

Monitor website performance, optimize for conversions, and create high-impact landing pages for campaigns and new product launches.

5. SEO Strategy & Implementation

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic performance.

Monitor SEO results and report against established success metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.

  • Proven track record in planning and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.

  • Extensive experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, community engagement, and video content creation.

  • Experience in website management (CMS), UX optimization, and conversion-focused updates.

  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and creating actionable insights from digital analytics.

  • Experience using CRM systems, EDM tools, and digital marketing applications.

  • Experience in higher education or international brands is highly desirable.
