Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead – Talent Acquisition with a strong background in aggressive IT hiring. The role focuses on end-to-end talent sourcing, headhunting, and timely delivery of IT talent while acting as the single point of contact for talent search and recruitment activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end IT talent sourcing and recruitment within defined timelines

Act as the single point of contact for talent searching and sourcing activities

Deliver critical IT talent across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Systems, Software, and Digital Technologies

Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
-
Coordinate with universities, educational institutions, and training centers for graduate and internship hiring
-
Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements through proactive sourcing and headhunting
-
Maintain recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline visibility
Candidate Profile
-
Strong hands-on headhunting capability with a proven track record of closing critical IT roles within tight timelines

Minimum 5 years of direct experience in IT talent acquisition

Proven experience in IT sector recruitment (experience in a Systems Integrator environment will be a strong added advantage)

Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill and niche IT roles
Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Professional qualifications or certifications in IT recruitment or talent sourcing will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies

Strong professional network within the IT industry

Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, etc.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
