Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and delivery-focused Project Manager to manage end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through to go-live.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating delivery teams, managing customer communication, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and sign-off.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project delivery cycle.
• Communicate professionally with customers and keep them updated on project progress.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure clear communication on timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, task lists, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly understood.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Identify potential delays or project risks early and escalate them when required.
• Keep projects moving by proactively preparing for the next stage of delivery.
• Ensure project activities remain on schedule and within agreed scope.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow up with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and delivery records.
• Coordinate project meetings, progress reviews, and customer check-ins.
• Ensure project handover, sign-off, and go-live activities are completed smoothly.
• Work closely with technical, implementation, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Maintain strong visibility of project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes, templates, and communication methods.
• Perform any other project coordination or delivery-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in project management, project coordination, implementation management, or technology delivery.
• Proven track record of managing projects according to schedules and delivering on time.
• Experience in ERP implementation will be highly preferred.
• Experience managing software, technology, digital transformation, or system implementation projects will also be considered.
• Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong customer communication and expectation-management skills.
• Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs before they arise.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and resolve delivery challenges.
• Highly organized, diligent, accountable, and delivery-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep projects moving under deadlines.
