Role Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive – Corporate to support corporate sales operations and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for corporate customers, assist with sales administration, coordinate client requirements, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
• Assist in resolving client issues and coordinate with relevant departments to provide effective solutions.
• Manage invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Work closely with Sales Executives to support sales activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
• Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and ensure smooth back-office operations.
• Provide ongoing support to corporate clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or a Diploma.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management tools.
• Passion for building a career in corporate sales and customer relationship management.
