Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects within a dynamic Agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, stakeholder engagement capabilities, technical understanding, and leadership skills to drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivery excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead projects from initiation through delivery while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Develop technically feasible project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate project requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify deviations from planned timelines.
• Manage project scope changes through structured change management practices.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, constraints, and roadblocks while implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Drive risk management initiatives to minimize project disruptions and delivery challenges.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, estimated, and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management when required to maintain project momentum.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• Strong experience managing software development and technology projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project delivery frameworks, and software development lifecycles.
• Sound knowledge of risk identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Business domain knowledge coupled with a technical background will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to project quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
