Role Overview

The Vice President – Woven Manufacturing is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all woven manufacturing operations across the organization. This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, cost optimization, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with buyer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end woven manufacturing operations including production, planning, quality, and finishing

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control

• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to buyer quality standards and compliance requirements

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing and process optimization

• Manage and mentor senior leadership teams including Plant Heads, GMs, and Production Managers

• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain teams to align production capacity with business demands

• Oversee capacity planning, expansion projects, and the introduction of new technologies or automation

• Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, wastage, and profitability

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and ethical manufacturing practices

• Support buyer interactions, audits, and strategic business discussions

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of experience in woven garment or fabric manufacturing

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations

Technical & Leadership Expertise

• Strong technical knowledge of woven products including shirts, bottoms, denim, and tailored garments

• Expertise in cost management, operational excellence, and process improvement

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
