Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial operations within a manufacturing plant environment. This role involves handling accounting processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance while supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Handle ERP systems and maintain accurate financial records
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
  

Candidate Profile

• Fully or partially qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems or accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
