Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales (Passenger Airlines) to drive revenue growth and expand corporate and travel agent partnerships. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities within the airline and travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding corporate and travel agent accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  
• Execute sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives and targets
• Identify new market segments and business opportunities
  
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports with market insights
• Collaborate on sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotions
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through coordination with internal teams
• Negotiate corporate agreements and ensure contract compliance
  
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze sales data and implement corrective actions to achieve KPIs
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airline sales, GSA operations, or travel industry sales
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of airline distribution systems and ticketing processes
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
