Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Creation & Social Media Lead to drive brand storytelling and digital engagement across multiple platforms. This role focuses on creating impactful content, managing social media channels, and delivering engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content including videos, graphics, and written posts for social media platforms
• Develop creative concepts, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with brand strategy
  
• Produce short-form and long-form video content for digital channels
• Manage and monitor social media platforms including engagement and responses
  
• Track trends and insights to improve content performance and reach
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication channels
  
• Develop blog content to support SEO and storytelling
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively
  
• Capture content for events, campaigns, and on-ground activities
• Support design needs including promotional materials and brand assets
  

Candidate Profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong skills in content creation (video, graphic design, copywriting)
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
