Position: Senior Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounting
Location: Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Company Overview

A leading business process outsourcing organization providing services to international clients, particularly in Finance & Accounting, Mortgage Brokering, Real Estate, and Business Process Management (BPM) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Individual, Company, and Trust Tax Returns.
  • Preparation of BAS (Business Activity Statements) and IAS (Instalment Activity Statements).
  • Preparation of SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund) financial statements and annual returns.
  • Manage general bookkeeping activities.
  • Handle payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Australian Tax and SMSF compliance is essential.
  • Experience using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Working Arrangements

  • Early working hours:

    • 04:30 AM – 01:30 PM or
    • 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM
  • Company-provided transport to the office.
