Role Overview

We are looking for a young, energetic, and customer-focused Café Manager to lead daily café operations. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly and welcoming personality, strong English communication skills, and recent experience managing a restaurant environment. This role requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, while maintaining excellent service standards and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Lead, motivate, and support the café team to maintain high customer service standards.

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Ensure operational efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.

  • Support sales activities and contribute to revenue growth where applicable.

  • Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Recent experience as a Restaurant Manager is required.

  • Experience in sales will be a strong advantage.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly strong spoken English.

  • Bubbly, welcoming, and customer-oriented personality.

  • Young, energetic, and proactive approach to work.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Candidates living nearby with the ability to commute daily without difficulty will be preferred.
