Role Overview

The CRM Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, tier management, and hyper-personalized journeys for a consumer-facing app. The role ensures campaigns drive footfall, loyalty uplift, and merchant engagement through data-driven lifecycle marketing and multi-channel execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a unified lifecycle marketing strategy covering onboarding, engagement, retention, tier movement, and inactivity flows

  • Lead segmentation strategies including tier-based, behavioral, mall-specific, and hyper-personalized journeys

  • Own and manage annual and monthly campaign calendars including seasonal, partner, earning, and burning campaigns

  • Govern execution across multiple channels including Push, In-app, Email, and SMS

  • Manage prioritization, backlog, and delivery across marketing and technology stakeholders

  • Ensure alignment and integration with Salesforce LMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Own and track KPIs including joiners, redeemers, tier progression, churn, CTR, and conversion

  • Lead A/B testing, optimization initiatives, and journey performance reviews

  • Coordinate closely with design, content, CMS, and analytics teams

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing

  • Strong background in loyalty programs or app-based consumer platforms

  • Proven track record of driving retention and engagement at scale

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
