Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Engineer – Installation (Split A/C) to manage and oversee HVAC installation projects. This role involves system design, installation supervision, quality control, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery while maintaining high technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design air conditioning systems and prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimations
• Supervise installation teams and ensure work is completed on time with quality standards
  
• Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with clients and handle customer inquiries professionally
  
• Manage material allocation and coordinate with subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation for management review
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferably HVAC related)
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the AC industry, preferably in Split A/C installations
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP systems, and MS Office
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
• Ability to work in field-based environments and handle multiple projects
