Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Executive/Executive Corporate Travel to join our team. The role involves managing corporate travel accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in travel management and a strong understanding of IATA/GDS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to purchase products and services.
• Liaise with corporate travel coordinators and offer competitive fares to corporate accounts.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements and performance metrics.
• Liaise with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, and agents, to manage bookings and travel requirements.
• Achieve budget targets through effective management of key corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• IATA qualification required.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• An existing corporate customer base will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Strong ability to handle multiple accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
