Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of digital printing operations within the digital printing division.
• Ensure smooth and efficient pre-press workflows, from file preparation to final print.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure error-free, high-quality output.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role within a digital printing environment, preferably in paper-based large format digital printing.
• Strong technical expertise in pre-press operations, including file management, color management, RIP software, and related workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of modern digital printing equipment and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
