Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance and repair work for equipment and facilities.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Optimize maintenance costs while ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge with proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control maintenance costs effectively.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
