WE ARE HIRING : Team Lead Tele Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead telesales campaigns, focusing on both inbound and outbound strategies.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects, converting leads into customers.
- Guide, support, and mentor junior sales executives to boost team performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Set and track sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Promote new product features and enhancements effectively to customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or a Degree in Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a telesales environment).
- Prior experience in the telesales sector is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to UK/US-based clients in a sales role is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in IT and office packages (Word, Excel, CRM systems).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Management and leadership experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Residing in the Colombo suburban area is an advantage.
