WE ARE HIRING : Head of Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery function across client projects and internal initiatives.
• Define and implement delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, QA, and support staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical leadership for seamless onboarding and project alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and utilization to maximize team performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as an escalation point when required.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the delivery organization.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project/delivery management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in software development, IT services, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects and portfolios.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong business acumen with a client-focused mindset.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
