WE ARE HIRING : Tech Lead Credit & Payments Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Credit & Payments Team, reporting directly to the Product Manager. As part of an agile development team, you will work on enterprise-grade software systems built on the Microsoft .NET stack. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and full ownership of solutions in the credit and payments space, ensuring high-quality delivery and innovation in fintech services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define user stories, tasks, and timelines for assigned projects to ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and ensure collaboration across all team members.
• Maintain high standards of software quality through best practices, code reviews, and quality gates (Sonar Cloud).
• Fully own solutions with the team, including monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, and proactive production issue resolution.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and team spirit.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
• Refine and tune integrations between applications to optimize performance.
• Support requirement gathering and documentation alongside Business Analysts.
• Analyse and resolve technical/application problems and recommend improvements.
• Participate in recruitment, conducting interviews and technical assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software development and fintech innovation.

Requirements:

Experience & Education

• Degree in Software Development or related field.
• Proven experience in fintech, digital lending, or financial services, with specific focus on credit or payments.
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows, gateways, and reconciliations in financial services.
• Minimum 5 years software development experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server technologies.
• Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies.
• Background in requirements capture, analysis, and process improvement.

• Proven leadership and people management skills, with ability to mentor and influence.
• Experience in performance management and team development.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering structured software projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Ability to influence, overcome challenges, and meet project milestones.
