Role Purpose

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Digital Enterprise Platforms and Services. This role will drive the transformation of traditional telco services into modern, integrated, and scalable digital enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will lead the creation, management, and evolution of platforms leveraging cloud, IoT, edge computing, AI, and 4G/5G to deliver value to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for digital enterprise services, aligned with Telco-to-Techco transformation goals.
• Lead the design and rollout of next-generation digital services and products for enterprise clients.
• Drive the development of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings to accelerate cloud adoption and digital innovation.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, from deployment through ongoing support and optimization.
• Build sustainable digital business models incorporating subscription, consumption, and freemium pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative enterprise solutions tailored to industry needs.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives within telecom or technology enterprises.
• Strong expertise in digital platforms and services, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, private 5G/LTE, IoT, edge computing, and AI-driven platforms.
• Deep understanding of service-based pricing models and customer lifecycle management.
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles across digital services, product management, or enterprise solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
