Job Purpose

As a Senior UX Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of user experiences across all digital platforms. You will translate business and customer needs into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, wireframes, and reusable HTML/CSS templates and components, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent.

You will play a key role in defining and maintaining UX guidelines, code standards, and design systems, embedding a common design language that scales across teams and platforms. By creating reusable components and frameworks, you will drive efficiency, consistency, and quality in how solutions are built and experienced.

This role requires strong collaboration with Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to keep user needs at the heart of decision-making. You'll also conduct user research, stay ahead of UX trends, and integrate findings to continuously improve digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design and development for digital platforms, creating intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready code.
• Develop and maintain reusable HTML, CSS, and component libraries to drive consistency across platforms.
• Define and enforce UX guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design throughout solution delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, integrating insights into design improvements.
• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies, introducing innovations where relevant.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of design and development excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in UX development, delivering complex corporate or enterprise-level projects.
• Deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and usability testing methods.
• Proficiency in Git/version control and modern UX/front-end development workflows.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving ability with initiative and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with cultural awareness in multi-national environments.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
