Job Overview
Were looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team. This role is key to driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting overall marketing goals through strategic email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Manage email databases and ensure segmentation and data hygiene.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Generate reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Strong understanding of email KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lead nurturing.
• Certification in email or digital marketing is an advantage.
