WE ARE HIRING : Senior Manager / Manager - Advertising & Promotions 

Location: Battaramulla

Responsibilities:

• Lead the advertising and promotion team to ensure effective collaboration and execution of marketing strategies.
• Work with regional sales teams to align advertising and promotional communications with the companys strategic vision.
• Devise strategic advertising and promotional plans based on research and market needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify branding gaps and implement marketing communication improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Monitor competitor offerings and assess market trends against company offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and/or professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, advertising, and promotions, preferably in Banking or Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
• Proven success in managing advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
