Role Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Executive – Sales & Marketing to support business growth by developing new customer relationships, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, sourcing competitive freight rates, and delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the organization's growth objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while expanding the existing client base.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Procure freight rates from shipping lines and airlines to support customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding market.
• Support customer inquiries and provide effective freight solutions.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics & Transport, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing capacity within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
