Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Auditor – ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 to conduct management system audits and support organizations in achieving compliance with internationally recognized quality and environmental management standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting audits, providing technical guidance to clients throughout certification processes, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with accreditation and certification requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits in accordance with accreditation and certification requirements.
• Prepare audit plans, audit reports, certification documentation, and related deliverables.
• Evaluate management systems for compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure technical accuracy and timely completion of audit assignments.
• Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and professional support throughout the certification process.
• Support technical discussions and business development activities where required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Maintain professional integrity and compliance with auditing principles and certification requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, Food Science, Textile Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recognized ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Recognized ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry and auditing experience.
• Experience conducting first, second, or third-party audits.
• Strong technical knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to independently plan, conduct, and report audits.
• Strong understanding of management system standards, auditing principles, and certification requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
• Professional attitude with strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
