Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR projects, employee relations, supplier coordination, HRIS implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams, employees, management, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth HR operations, effective employee engagement, accurate HR system administration, and improved HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with business and operational requirements.
  • Manage employee relations activities and support the resolution of employee concerns.
  • Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure smooth communication on HR matters.
  • Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, employee engagement, and workplace communication.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers, service providers, and external partners for HR-related requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure services are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Support HRIS implementation, data migration, user coordination, testing, and system rollout activities.
  • Maintain and administer HRIS records, employee information, system updates, and related documentation.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and updated in HR systems.
  • Support attendance, leave, employee lifecycle, and HR operational processes when required.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, employee data summaries, and project updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation for HR projects, employee relations matters, supplier coordination, and HRIS activities.
  • Support lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement HR process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and HR-related matters.
  • Perform any other HR operational or project-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR projects, employee relations, or a similar HR role.
  • Experience handling HR projects is required.
  • Experience managing employee relations activities is required.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers or service providers will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to HRIS implementation, administration, or system coordination is required.
  • Knowledge of lean practices, continuous improvement, or process improvement will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, employee documentation, and HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, department heads, management, and external parties.
  • Good reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, reliable, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
