Our client is seeking highly skilled and passionate Senior Salesforce Developers to join its growing Salesforce Practice and work with international clients across a range of consulting and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and related technologies.
• Configure and customize Salesforce platforms to meet client requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support solution architecture and contribute to project planning activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies.
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Minimum 3 Salesforce Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience working on end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Ability to deliver high-quality consulting and development services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuously enhancing Salesforce expertise.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
