Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual concepts and creative solutions across digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design capabilities, and a deep understanding of brand communication to create impactful visual experiences for a diverse client portfolio. This role requires an individual who can independently manage creative projects, contribute original ideas, collaborate effectively across teams, and consistently deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop original creative ideas for advertising, digital marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.
• Translate client briefs, campaign objectives, and marketing requirements into visually compelling creative solutions.
• Create high-impact social media content, digital advertisements, campaign visuals, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and support business objectives.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with client brand guidelines, visual standards, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Content, Digital Marketing, and Production teams to develop integrated campaign solutions.
• Create visual concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and creative directions for reels, videos, animations, and multimedia content.
• Develop artwork and creative assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, creativity, and delivery deadlines.
• Review designs, artwork, and campaign assets for accuracy, consistency, and creative excellence.
• Provide creative guidance and support to junior designers and creative team members when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to client campaigns.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, advertising techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and digital marketing innovations.
• Continuously explore new approaches to improve creative quality, workflow efficiency, and visual storytelling.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original creative concepts, branding projects, advertising campaigns, digital content, and visual communication work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to generate original creative ideas independently.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising formats, and brand communication principles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools and emerging design technologies will be beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.
