Role Overview

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to define and execute group-wide marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives. This role focuses on brand leadership, retail and digital performance marketing, customer engagement, team development, and driving enterprise-level marketing impact across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Group Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the Group Marketing Strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives

  • Translate business goals into integrated marketing roadmaps, annual plans, and measurable outcomes

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on brand positioning, customer insights, and market expansion

Retail, Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee retail marketing initiatives including showroom launches, footfall-driving campaigns, and customer experience programs

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across social media, performance marketing, content, influencers, CRM, and emerging platforms

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing decisions

  • Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and effectiveness using analytics and dashboards

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university

  • Masters degree will be an added advantage

Experience & Leadership Profile

  • 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience in multi-channel, multi-business environments

  • Strong experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale brand, digital, and performance marketing initiatives

  • Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills

  • Commercially driven, data-oriented, and innovation-focused mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and leadership presence at senior and board level
