WE ARE HIRING : Sales/Administration Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the Sales & Service teams in achieving operational targets.
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, order processing, and after-sales support.
  • Handle RMV (Department of Motor Traffic) documentation and liaise with leasing companies.
  • Prepare and manage Sales & Service team expenses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, databases, and administrative records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification or part qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of overall experience in Sales Administration or a similar role, with 1-2 years in the same position.
  • Experience in vehicle registration and leasing processes will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Age below 35 years.
