Role Overview

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager (AI & Legal-Tech) to support our clients rollout of AI-driven systems, workflow automation, compliance technology, and core platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AML, Compliance, Legal Operations, Case Workers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of high-impact projects across multiple countries.

This role requires strong project ownership, structured communication, and the ability to manage dependencies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and AI-related projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Gather requirements, clarify scope, and manage change requests.
• Track risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Report progress to leadership and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness for all deployments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology or product project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is an added advantage.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
