Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Technical Operations Executive to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, DevOps, and governance functions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining governance documentation, and ensuring compliance with change management and access control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on tasks across Development and DevOps teams for timely delivery.
• Track backlog items, monitor progress, and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
• Support Agile ceremonies and facilitate backlog refinement with technical teams.
• Maintain governance and audit documentation (design approvals, deployment logs, checklists).
• Ensure compliance with Change Management processes (CAB submissions, approvals, release documentation).
• Manage access, accounts, and device allocations for managed service and outsourced teams.
• Act as liaison between platform owners, support teams, and external vendors.
• Support process improvement initiatives and maintain audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT coordination, business analysis, or project support.
• Familiarity with DevOps, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and change control processes.
• Experience with outsourced or managed service teams is an advantage.
