Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to coordinate and support sales and service operations. This role involves managing customer and dealer databases, preparing reports, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative processes to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Sales & Service teams in achieving targets and daily operations.
• Manage and maintain customer and dealer databases with timely communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective resolution in collaboration with the sales team.
• Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and company events.
• Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and after-sales support.
• Handle RMV documentation and coordinate with leasing companies.
• Prepare and manage Sales & Service team expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Calculate monthly/quarterly incentives for Sales & Service teams based on approved criteria.

Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification or part professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Sales Administration or similar roles, with 2-3 years in the same position.
• Experience in vehicle registration and leasing processes is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Age below 45 years.
