Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 3.00 AM 12.00 PM (Monday to Friday, Sri Lanka Time)
(Shift aligned with Australian business hours after-hours allowance & transport allowance included)

Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Client Services Associate (International) to manage inbound customer interactions for an international client base. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who can deliver a professional and friendly customer experience while supporting day-to-day international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally and promptly.

• Act as the first point of contact for international clients, delivering a friendly and high-quality customer experience.

• Accurately record, update, and maintain customer details and service bookings in internal systems.

• Coordinate closely with the overseas operations team to support daily business activities.

• Ensure all client interactions meet service standards and quality expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, or call centre/BPO roles.

• Excellent spoken English with a clear accent and professional telephone etiquette.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and reliably during early-morning shifts.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call-handling systems.

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and professionalism.
