Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support digital finance and operational reporting by designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, and SQL-based data sources, while also creating and implementing Power Automate flows and Power Apps to digitalize and automate manual processes.
This position plays a key role in streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy and consistency, and delivering timely, reliable insights that support effective decision-making across Finance, Operations, and other departments. The role directly contributes to enhanced process efficiency, stronger data integrity, and the organizations broader digital transformation objectives.
Principal Job Accountabilities & Objectives
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for Finance, Operations, and other business units to support management decision-making.

Build and manage data models and SQL data sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Implement and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to digitalize and streamline finance and operational processes.

Support month-end and reporting cycles by ensuring availability, accuracy, and reliability of key dashboards and financial KPIs.

Support the implementation of digital finance initiatives, ensuring milestones and delivery timelines are achieved.

Conduct user training sessions on Power BI, Power Apps, and automation tools to enhance digital literacy and self-service analytics.

Develop and maintain documentation for dashboards, data flows, and automated processes to ensure traceability and sustainability.

Continuously evaluate and enhance existing dashboards, dataflows, Power Apps, and automation solutions to maintain performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Shared Team Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Finance and, when required, Operations and other departments to ensure data consistency across systems.

Provide proactive support for finance-related digital and reporting processes.

Share technical knowledge and contribute to cross-functional digital improvement initiatives.

Minimum Technical Knowledge & Skills
Educational Qualification

University graduate (B.Com, B.Sc in IT, or equivalent)
Professional Qualifications

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred)
Specialist Knowledge
-
Finance processes, digital transformation, business analytics
Experience
-
1–5 years of experience in finance analytics, automation, or digital transformation roles
Technical Skills

High proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, and data modelling
Communication
