Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse project portfolios spanning product development, manufacturing coordination, and cross-functional operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a central liaison between internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, timely delivery, and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across manufacturing, product development, and operational streams.

• Coordinate workflow with internal teams including merchandising, technical, quality, production and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Track project progress, timelines, and milestones while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.

• Implement project control measures, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication between departments.

• Prepare project-related documentation including status reports, dashboards, presentations, and action logs for leadership teams.

• Conduct follow-ups with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and records for audit and compliance requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and workflow optimization.

• Support organizational transformation initiatives through structured project management practices.

Candidate Profile

• Certification in Project Management (CAPM/PMI or equivalent) preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management experience in apparel/manufacturing is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and planning capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
