Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory functions to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Monitor stock levels and support efficient warehousing, storage, and stock movement processes.
• Assist in implementing supply chain improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and maintain cross-departmental alignment.
• Manage import documentation and clearance activities to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Optimize delivery schedules and logistics arrangements to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Food Distribution industries will be an added advantage.
