Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Learning Experience Designer to design and develop high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences for a diverse learner audience. This role involves close collaboration with faculty members, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to create curriculum and learning materials that leverage modern educational technologies, instructional design methodologies, and user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs assessments to identify learning goals and target audience requirements.

  • Design curriculum frameworks and course structures aligned with institutional objectives and learning outcomes.

  • Develop engaging learning materials including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.

  • Integrate educational technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and management.

  • Apply UX design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and learner-centered learning experiences.

  • Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, graphic designers, and multimedia teams to produce high-quality educational content.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure all learning materials comply with accessibility, inclusivity, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in designing and developing learning experiences in higher education or corporate training environments.

Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies.

  • Skills in multimedia content creation including video production, graphic design, and interactive simulations.

  • Understanding of UX design principles and experience using tools such as Figma or Sketch.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning impact and drive data-informed improvements.
