Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing and public relations initiatives. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing and PR strategies, managing communications and promotions, driving brand visibility, and supporting business growth through effective campaigns and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and PR strategies, including digital marketing initiatives

  • Coordinate and manage all public relations activities

  • Plan and execute PR campaigns and restaurant-based promotions

  • Create content for press releases and presentations

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend appropriate communication strategies

  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis

  • Monitor, analyse, and report PR results on a quarterly basis

  • Curate ATL and BTL promotional material in collaboration with the graphics team

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience

  • Experience in hospitality or F&B will be an added advantage

  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong creative writing ability

  • Sound understanding of media requirements and media relationships

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

  • Event planning experience will be an added advantage
