WE ARE HIRING: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Role Overview

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the Groups enterprise-wide IT and digital transformation agenda, ensuring technology enables business growth, operational excellence, cybersecurity, and future readiness. The role focuses on modernizing the IT landscape through cloud adoption, ERP optimization, AI enablement, and end-to-end digitization of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the IT and Digital Strategy aligned with overall business goals

  • Lead cloud transformation initiatives including migration, governance, and cost optimization

  • Stabilize, optimize, and further roll out ERP platforms across the organization

  • Drive digitalization and automation of core business processes

  • Introduce AI and data analytics use cases to support productivity, planning, and decision-making

  • Strengthen network architecture, cybersecurity posture, and IT governance frameworks

  • Build a scalable IT operating model and lead a high-performing IT leadership team

  • Manage multiple vendors and system integrators to ensure effective delivery of technology programs

Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience

  • Senior IT leader with 12–15+ years of experience, including enterprise-level transformation programs

  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional IT teams and complex technology environments

Technical & Strategic Expertise

  • Strong hands-on and strategic exposure to:

    • Cloud platforms

    • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar)

    • POS systems

    • AI, data platforms, and automation

    • Network infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks

  • Experience delivering digital transformation in manufacturing or large enterprise environments

Preferred Candidate Background

  • Large corporate organizations

  • FMCG or diversified conglomerates

  • Large-scale ERP, POS, or digital transformation environments

  • Regional CIOs, Heads of IT, or Digital Transformation Leaders
